We are not ants

The World Café’s aim is to “awake and engage collective intelligence through conversations that matter.” Their idea is, that there is a collective intelligence and that all people should have a voice and should be able to express their opinions when it comes to important topics.

All the conversations should take place in a relaxed environment, people should respect other opinions and listen to each other in order to learn and connect diverse perspectives and give everyone the possibility to be part of changes.
